Account Deletion — GymTracker

GymTracker lets you request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hello@beaconstudio.dev with:

• Subject: "Delete my GymTracker account"
• Body: The Google email address you used to sign in to GymTracker

We will process your request within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

The following data is permanently deleted from our servers (Firebase Firestore and Firebase Authentication):

• Profile information (name, email, user ID)
• All workout sessions, sets, and personal records
• Cardio sessions and history
• Body measurements and weight history
• Routines, achievements, and preferences
• Exercise list and configurations

What is retained

• Crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics): anonymous diagnostic data may be retained for up to 90 days for stability analysis. This data is not linked to your identity after account deletion.
• Progress photos are stored only on your device, never uploaded to our servers. To delete them, uninstall the app or delete them individually from the Body Profile screen.

Local data on your device

Signing out and uninstalling the app removes all local data (database, photos, cache) from your device.
